Modubu Lodge
Description
Modubu Lodge is quietly nestled in the scenic Waterberg Mountains, just 10 km north of Bela-Bela. It’s a serene welcoming spot where families and friends can slow down and reconnect. The lodge is reached via a quiet tar road, safely tucked away from traffic and noise. Located only a little over an hour from Tshwane and about two hours from Johannesburg, it’s close enough for a quick escape, but far enough to feel like a proper break.
The camping park has 12 spacious, level stands laid out in a gentle horseshoe around the central ablution facility. Each stand offers privacy while keeping you close to all the shared facilities. The layout and landscaping were done with care to preserve the natural beauty of the area to allow the local plants and animals to continue to thrive. It’s the kind of place where mornings start with birdsong and evenings end under a wide, quiet starry sky.
