Klein Paradys Guest Farm is an easy drive from Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Pietersburg. Located just 18 km from Bela-Bela (Warmbaths) and 12 km from Modimolle (Nylstroom), our tranquil guest farm and caravan park offers breathtaking scenery and true peace and quiet. It’s the ideal resort for families looking for a weekend escape or a well-earned annual holiday.
We offer large, level, shady stands covered with lush grass. Each site includes access to electricity and nearby water points. You can comfortably set up your caravan with a full tent or pitch a freestanding tent. There are 34 campsites available, mostly under shade. There’s still plenty of space for your towing vehicle, a braai area, and room to relax. Enjoy clean and tidy ablution facilities just a short stroll away! Plus, there's a well-maintained gravel road leading to the gate, only 200 meters from your spot."
Most stands are near the outdoor pool. The indoor heated pool, always warm, sits close to the shop and animal camp.

Do you offer selfcatering units?
We offer you a wide selection of options of preference. All our Chalets and cabins are fully self-catering and are equipped with stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, cutlery, crockery, television and bedding. Please bring your own toiletries and towels. Each chalet and the guesthouse have individual grassed garden area as well as braai facilities, full bathrooms, kitchen and dining room areas form part of the lodgings, and ample parking has been provided for.
What does The Farm House offer?
The Farm House (4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 13 people) is suitable for groups or families. Large spacious lawn grounds, ample shade and seclusion including personal children's playground is the main attribute of the Farmhouse.
What does The Stone House offer?
Stone House (6-Sleeper). Two bedrooms and two sleeper couches in the living area. Two and a half bathrooms with complete kitchen and its own boma braai. Very popular for the astute family looking for comfort away .
What do the Luxury Thatch Roof units offer?
2 x 6-Sleeper Luxury Thatch Roof Units. Two bedrooms each with its own full en-suite bathroom and two sleeper couches in living area. Ideal for families, business men and conference delegates.

What do the Bush Chalets offer?
2 x Bush Chalets (3-Sleeper). They are thatch roofed, captivating and enchanting, and are very popular for the alluring Honeymooner. Aptly named Bosduif and Bosloerie, these two honeymooner chalets are set in a very secluded section of the resort so as to offer total seclusion and privacy. These chalets are also popular for the small family or couple looking for their second honeymoon retreat.
What do the Wooden Chalets offer?
3 x Wooden Chalets (Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Kids u/18). These chalets are of a country-style wooden structure, and each is ideally situated for maximum privacy without detracting from the resort or environment. Spacious grassed and screened areas are provided along with ample parking.
What does the Camping Chalet offer?
Camping Chalet (2-Sleeper). This unit is also of a wooden structure. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a full outside covered kitchen. Ideal for the camping enthusiast that do not have a caravan or tent.
