Description

Wagondrift Lodge is set on a game farm in the Cullinan area, Pretoria which is a Malaria free area. We encourage you to step out of the 'fast life' and escape to the tranquility and peace of Wagondrift Lodge. Enjoy camping & caravaning at Wagondrift Lodge. Each camp site has its own ablution block consisting of a separate toilet, shower & wash up area.
They also have separate braai facilities & a lapa. The campsites are named Porcupine Caravan Site, Warthog Caravan Site, Bushpig Caravan Site & Hedgehog Caravan Site.
Wagondrift is ablout 100km from OR Tambo International Airport.

What does the Jumbo campsite offer?

The Jumbo Site can host up to 10 caravans. The Jumbo site has 3 bathrooms with a toilet, shower and basin & 1 bathroom with a bath, toilet, shower and basin. There are also 2 wash up areas and a communal boma and lapa area for braai’s.

What does the Bush camp offer?

The Wagondrift Bush Camp is also available for the outdoor lovers - private off the grid. There is an ablution with a shower and toilet as well as a donkey boiler for hot water. The Bush Camp has a boma for sitting around a fire at night. Maximum 10 people.

What do the campsites Porcupine, Warthog, Bushpig & Hedgehog offer?

Directions to Wagondrift Lodge?

From Joburg, travel on N1/R21 towards Pretoria/Tswane. Take "Sefako Makgato Drive" off ramp (Old Zambezi Drive off ramp), pass under the freeway and travel about 1km to the trafic light (2nd trafic light). Turn left onto R573 towards KwaMhlangu. Travel about 43km, before reaching 2 traffic circles at the Moloto Big Tree Shopping Mall. About 1km after that you will come to a 4 way stop street. Turn left at the stop street towards Rust de Winter. Travel for 7km and turn left onto our well marked dirt road. Travel straight down the dirt road, you will se 2 gates on your right hand side (Wagondrift Lodge & Savanna). You may enter through any of these gates. Follow the "Reception" signs untill you reach the reception area of the main lodge.
