Sitrusoewer River Camp
Description
Sitrusoewer River Camp is situated on the scenic banks of the Sundays River, only 50km from the Addo National Elephant Park. Sitrusoewer River Camp is surrounded by citrus orchards, making it an ideal getaway for the whole family. The story begins in 2004 when Johan and Anneke Swart started Sitrusoewer as a small and private picnic spot on their farm next to the river. While it was reserved for friends and family, it quickly gained local popularity and the demand for a camping and fishing spot in the area lead to it being expanded over time. It now boasts a lapa, 4 cabins, 25 camping sites and 4 ablutions. Campsites are large enough to accommodate a normal sized caravan and its tent with one vehicle or similar. Each site includes a power point and barbecue.
