Description
Limerick Lodge is a lovely country venue situated next to the Vaal River just 25km outside of Potchefstroom on the R501. The amazing view of the Vaal River makes it a perfect place for weddings or weekends away from the city life. The Lodge facilitates a chapel and two halls for a number of different occassions. Limerick Lodge boasts a huge open ground and all sorts of team building, sports, fishing and activities can be provided. Limerick Lodge is perfect for a short or long break away from city life. We have 34 camping sites with power and braais with grill and clean ablution blocks with showers and baths. Our washing and laundry facilities are behind the ablution blocks. Light illuminate the camping area.

What do the Honeymoon Suites offer?
The Honeymoon Suite is a Log Cabin with a double bed. Fridge and kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Patio with 2 comfort chairs on the deck. Underneath the wooden house is a braai with grid.
Beautiful linen specially for the newlyweds. Second honeymoon suite is away from river but spacious and luxurious.
What do your Tent houses offer?
The Tent Houses have a double bed in the main bedroom. Spacious open plan kitchen with 4 beds. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle and 2 plate gas stove. Cutlery, glasses, pots and pans fully equipped. Linen.
What do your Chalets offer?
We have 12 chalets with small differences to cater for various family sizes and requirements. Contact us to get the specific unit more suitable to your needs. All our chalets feature open plan kitchens with stocked kitchens and braai are. Some chalet are close to the river and have a beatiful view. PLease bring own towls.
Directions to Limerick Lodge?
From Johannesburg. Take the N12 from Johannesburg to Potch. When entering the first robot in Potch keep straight on. At the 5th robot turn left in Govan Mbeki Drive. On the left is the Willows Garden Court Hotel and the Dros Restaurant. Keep straight until you cross the Mooiriver. Look out for the Viljoenskroon (R501) turnoff on your right. Turn right and keep straight for approx. 20km till you cross the Vaal River. Take the first road after the bridge to the left.
Continue for 500m on the gravel road till you see Limerick Lodge on your left.
From Carletonville. When entering the 1st robot from Carletonville keep straight on. At the 3rd robot turn left in Albert Luthuli
Drive (Von Wielligh Street). Keep straight until you reach a T‐Junction and turn right. Continue straight on Govan MbekI Drive. See Johannesburg directions 3 ‐ 6.
