Welcome to Cannon Valley estate and its beauty. The property is 22 hectares in size and borders the Southern Atlantic Ocean. It is one of the last undeveloped properties in the Southern Cape and is bordered by the same on all sides. The beauty of the ocean and the beach are the main attractions as well as the peace and quiet that one experiences while enjoying your stay. The campsite is approximately 35 km South of Mossel Bay, on the South Cape coast. Cannon Valley Estate's rural setting makes for an ideal getaway for those wanting to be away from the hustle and bustle of the seasons crowds and activities, yet not so far that you feel isolated or cut off from civilization. Cannon Valley Estate's facilities are self catering, which emphasizes the "privacy" factor, which we respect. There are 7 campsites. Each site is developed individually for privacy, with each having it's own private ablution, power point, wash-up area & braai area. Except for the campsites, there are also 2 already set-up caravans and two double storey holiday houses.

What do the selfcatering caravans offer?

The two caravans are aquipped to accomodate 2 adults and 2 children.
The caravan has an island bed and a second bed that can be made up as is sitting area. Just bring your own food, drinks and towels.

Do you have selfcatering houses?

There are 2 houses on this private estate of 22 hectares that borders directly on a pretty private beach stretching over an app. 6 kms of untouched nature. Emphasis is put on privacy and therefore each of the units is individually developed, with its own facilities.

Directions to Cannon Valley?

N2 from Mossel Bay to Cape Town, 9kms (just past PetroSA) turn left to Boggomsbaai, Vleesbaai, Fransmanshoek for 20kms on this unmarked road (past Boggomsbaai & Vleesbaai turn-offs) till you get the Kanon turn-off on your left; 6,5 kms on this road; Cannon Valley Estate's gate on the left.
N2 from Cape Town, past Albertinia, turn right on R325 towards Gouritsmond for 20 kms; turn left at crossing towards Vleesbaai & Mossel Bay; cross the low water bridge over the Gourits river; right at the t-junction; 2kms on the right is the Kanon turn-off; 6,5 kms on this road; Cannon Valley Estate's gate on the left.
