Come and experience the rugged beauty of the Karoo, far away from everyone and everything and learn what it means to be entirely one with nature. Think campfires, starlit nights, 4 x 4 trips or a spot of hiking before a hearty meal cooked on the open fire. This is one for the bucket list. Days at Buffelsrivier Camping are filled with bird & game watching, hiking, biking or exploring the many different 4 x 4 routes. In summer time the river also offers carp and fresh water crab fishing and in the evenings the campfires, sunsets and star gazing are like something out of a movie. There are 3 Wild camping areas, The Klipstoor, Bobbejaanskrans or in the open on the farm. There are also 3 semi-private campsites that have running water, a floodlight and a powerpont that takes a 2-point plug. Guests use the communal ablution facilities.
