Feel like escaping from everything for a while and having a bit of an adventure in the wild? Then Buffelsrivier Camping is exactly the place for you. Come and experience the rugged beauty of the Karoo, far away from everyone and everything and learn what it means to be entirely one with nature. Think campfires, starlit nights, 4 x 4 trips or a spot of hiking before a hearty meal cooked on the open fire. This is one for the bucket list. Days at Buffelsrivier Camping are filled with bird & game watching, hiking, biking or exploring the many different 4 x 4 routes. In summer time the river also offers carp and fresh water crab fishing and in the evenings the campfires, sunsets and star gazing are like something out of a movie. There are 3 Wild camping areas, The Klipstoor, Bobbejaanskrans or in the open on the farm. There are also 3 semi-private campsites that have running water, a floodlight and a powerpont that takes a 2-point plug. Guests use the communal ablution facilities.
