Adamel Wild Camp is a Secluded Mountain Escape in Riversdale, Western Cape
Nestled on our working farm just outside Riversdale, Adamel Wild Camp offers an off-grid retreat for those who love nature, simplicity, and serenity.  Accessible only by 4x4 vehicle, our cozy rustic berghuisie sleeps two adults and comes fully equipped with bedding, cutlery, a corner bath and basin, plus a wood-fired donkey boiler for hot water. You'll enjoy solar-powered electricity, an outdoor braai area, and sweeping mountain views that make every moment magical.

A nearby farm dam perfect for picnicking, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, and bass fishing

Accommodations
Wildcamp: Private, secluded campsites suitable for families of four. R500 per site per day. Off-grid with no facilities—self-sufficient camping required. Wake up to Fish-Eagle calls and fall asleep under the stars.
Wildcamp+: Enhanced off-grid camping with basic ablution facilities and a wood-fired hot tub. R750 per site per day. Perfect for families seeking extra comfort amidst wilderness.
Communal Camp: Budget-friendly option for groups up to 6 families or groups, with four people per group. Includes basic ablution, a group firepit, and a wood-fired hot water donkey. R200 per person per night; children under 7 stay free.
