Blinkwater Camping & Cottages

Welcome to Blinkwater Camping and Cottages, our haven in the Cedarberg Mountains. Just 10km from Citrusdal on the R303 to Ceres, this 25-hectare mountainous retreat features the Boontjiesriver flowing through campsites.

Our two cottages each offer two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a cozy living area, and modern bathrooms. For your comfort, we provide bed linen, towels, crockery, and cutlery. Additionally, a dish with a twin LNB supports Explora or single-view decoders, so bring yours for movies or sports.

Our campsite includes 14 plots, each with water, electricity, and braai stands. Moreover, the bathroom block offers four spacious bathrooms with large showers, perfect for families, plus two separate toilets.

For group events, Blinkwater’s boma area hosts 21st birthdays, family reunions, or year-end functions. We also offer catering, including spit braai, potjiekos, steak braai, and liquor services.

Recently, we completed a pool and amphitheatre, ideal for hosting concerts or intimate gatherings in the future.
