Bendito Ranch also offers secluded bush campsites for the more adventures.
These bush campsites are private, apart from one another each with its own ablution and fire pit. The sites are simalar to the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in Botswana and give you the same feeling as camping in wild Africa. These campsites are an ideal substitute for those who want to experience the wild outdoors without crossing the border in to Botswana. The ranch is easily accessible from the N1 North and only 220km from Pretoria, 25km from Mokopane (Potgietersrus).

What does the selfcatering accomodation offer?

The accommodation offered at Bendito Ranch is a classic African, informal self-catering, farmhouse. The house being comfortably furnished with 4 large double en-suite rooms,
two lounges and a dining room. The rooms are fully equipped with fans, bedding and towels. The big kitchen is a mirror image of itself and can accommodate two cooks at the same time with duplicate utensils including; crockery, cutlery, microwave ovens, electric stoves, fridgefreezers, kettles, coffeemaker, slow-cooker and a huge dishwasher. The lapa with fireplace outside is a popular spot for social activities and for exchanging accounts of the various sightings of birds and wildlife, seen during the day. Full board or half board catering can be offered on prior arrangement applicable on group bookings.

There are 25 Species of game on the ranch: Cape Buffalo, Sable, Nyala, Kudu, Giraffe, Zebra, Eland, Redhartebeest, Impala, Bluewildebeest, Brown Hyena, Ostrich, Warthog, Leopard, Duiker, Baboons, Monkeys, Bushbuck, Klipspringer, Blesbuck, Waterbuck, Leopard, Oryx and more.

Directions to Bendito Ranch?

Take the N1 North towards Pietersburg (Polokwane) from Gauteng up to the Nyl Plaza Tollgate. At the tollgate leave the NI and take Potgietersrus (Mokopane) off ramp. Turn left on the (R519) – direction (Potgietersrus) Mokopane. Turn Right at the T-junction joining the R101 and proceed to Potgietersrus (Mokopane). Pass through town with main road. 500 m outside the town turn left at the sign board “Percy Fyfe”. Drive 17 km (tar road end after 8 km but proceed further on gravel road for another 7 km) turn right at sign board “Opblaas”. Proceed for 2 km up to the T junction at the railway line. Turn left for 200 m then cross the railway line at the sign board “Tom & Annamarie de Waal” Proceed for 1 km to the Bendito Ranch entrance gate.
